1. 特征 /characteristic
(NA-C)工艺是在低真空状态下进行炉内压力周期式变化,气氛保持新鲜、活性,氮势也呈周期式变化,氮化结束冲入水蒸气形成的氧化层,白亮层,扩散层的复合结构
